Today was so relaxing, my class Lockhart had been doing sharing and relaxing, if you don't know what is relaxing well I can tell you.
Relaxing is try to calm yourself, if you have been angry and you are trying to be calm, all you need to do Is breath in and out, for about 3 min, once you fell calm you can go to the person your angry with and talk about you guys problem.
